Plasmid maxiprep kits

This kit provides an easy and reliable method to purify plasmid DNA from 150 to 250 mL bacterial cultures in less than 60 minutes. The DNA is ready for downstream applications such as transfection, RFLP, DNA amplification, and automated sequencing. 

  • 1-1.5 mg of high copy plasmid DNA can be isolated from 200 mL culture.
  • 2 mg DNA binding capacity per Maxi-DNA column.
  • Choice of 2 types of columns for centrifugation or vacuum manifold method.
  • Endofree Maxiprep kit: Endotoxin < 0.1 EU/µg DNA.
