Plasmid megaprep kits

Based on our proprietary technology and unique design, milligrams of high quality DNA can be purified within an hour. The purified DNA is ready for downstream applications such as transfection, RFLP, DNA amplification, and automated sequencing.
  • No centrifugation in the entire procedure.
  • 2-layer filter unit.
  • Megaprep-3: up to 3 mg of high copy plasmid DNA can be purified from 500 mL culture in 60 minutes.
  • Megaprep-6: up to 6 mg of high copy plasmid DNA can be purified from 1000 mL culture in 60 minutes.
  • Megaprep-12: up to 12 mg of high copy plasmid DNA can purify from 2,000 mL culture in 60 minutes.
  • Endofree Megaprep: Endotoxin < 0.1 EU/µg DNA. The endofree Mega kits are especially suitable for DNA vaccination and gene therapy applications.
