BioT is a lipid-based reagent designed and formulated with proprietary technology for transfecting DNA, antisense oligos or siRNA into a variety of eukaryotic cell lines, cells of primary culture or suspension culture.

Features

  1. High transfection efficiency for a broad range of adherent cells
  2. Low cytotoxicity makes it suitable for most cell's transfection
  3. Low cost: each transfection costs about 1/2 of Fugene-6 or 1/3 of Lipofectamine-2000.
  4. Convenient to use: no need of diluents, enhancers or special medium; simple procedure takes only 10 min.
