    PowerScript™ Plus Reverse Transcriptase: a novel recombinant RTase (1) Higher efficiency, capable of synthesize cDNA up to 15kb, (2) Thermostable, the reverse transcription could be performed at high temperature (50-55ºC) to eliminate secondary structure of GC rich region, (3) Contains a fidelity-enhancing subunit, which provides outstanding proofreading. PowerScript™ Plus cDNA Synthesis Mastermix is a proprietary 2x mixture of all component required for first-strand cDNA synthesis, except RNA. It provides highly efficient and specific reverse transcription, even from low-abundance transcripts. The unique blend of random primers and oligo(dT) primers ensures optimal representation of all transcripts in the cDNA product. It synthesize cDNA up to 15kb.
